J’ai choisi une&nbsp; recette avec des pommes et des noix, parce ’que, par exemple, les pommes maintiennent la santé du cœur. Les noix sont importantes pour le cerveau.</div><div><strong>Les ingrédients</strong></div><ul><li>4 pommes;</li><li>2 cuillères de sucre brun;</li><li>2 cuillères de raisins secs;</li><li>25 g de beurre;</li><li>1 cuillère de cannelle;</li><li>200 ml de sirop de pommes;</li><li>Une cuillère de miel;</li><li>200 g de mûres;</li><li>500g d’amandes déchiquetés;</li></ul><div>Préparation de la recette:</div><ol><li>Creusez le noyau des pommes;</li><li>Mixez les raisins secs, le sucre brun, le beurre et la cannelle avec un mixer;</li><li>Ajoutez le mélange dans les pommes et versez dessus du sirop de pommes et du miel;</li><li>Mettez les pommes emplis dans un plateau et l’introduire dans le four;</li><li>Après 30 minutes sortez du four et ajoutez dessus les amandes et les mûres.</li></ol><div><strong>À votre avis, quelles autres fruits peuvent être l’ingrédient&nbsp; principal d’une recette délicieuse?</strong></div>]]></description>

Les pommes rasées sont mélangées avec le sucre.</div><div>La pâte est divisée en deux parties, la plus grande partie (2/3 parties) est placée sur la casserole beurré .On met La composition&nbsp; de&nbsp; pommes, puis on met le reste de la pâte.          <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://wordpress.com/post/unhommesaindansunenvironnementsainblog.wordpress.com/540"><strong>Semolina plum pie</strong></a><br><strong>Ingredients:</strong></div><div><strong>Dough</strong>:</div><ul><li>500 g flour</li><li>250 ml milk</li><li>90 g sugar</li><li>the peel of a lemon</li><li>a peak of salt</li><li>60 ml oil</li><li>2 eggs</li><li>25 g dregs</li></ul><div><strong>Cream:</strong></div><ul><li>650 g plums</li><li>600 ml milk</li><li>65 g sugar</li><li>a peak of salt</li><li>150 g semolina</li><li>3 eggs</li></ul><div><strong>Preparation mode:</strong></div><div>Put the flour into a big bowl and in another bowl dissolve the dregs and sugar with 50 ml milk. After it dissolves, we put the flour and mix it. After that, you have to cover the bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes. While the composition grows up, you have to boil 600 ml milk with a peak of salt and when the milk is boiling put the semolina and mix it and then you can put it aside. Now you can remove kernels from plums and put them aside. After the composition sat for 30 minutes, we start to mix it with 2 eggs, a peak of salt, the peel of a lemon and 200 ml milk. After the dough is mixed, you can add oil and fold it and then let it sit for about an hour. After the dough grew up you can spread it in a tray with your hands, then you have to sprinkle some raw semolina and add the plums. Now add in the semolina 3 eggs and 65 g sugar and mix it and then pour it over the plums. Now you have to put it in the preheated oven for 40 minutes at180˚C.</div>]]></description>

It contains pumpkin that prevents respiratory infections and dry skin because it is rich in vitamins such as vitamin A. Besides the pumpkin, we have apples that are very important for organism, helping to digestion. Chestnuts contain vitamin C that is very important to immunity.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Ingredients:</div><div>- a comestible pumpkin;</div><div>- 5-10 chestnuts;</div><div>- 3-4 apples.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Preparation:</div><div>The apples are washed very well , the chestnuts are notched and we put them in a frying pan with the apples and pumpkin slices.          <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://wordpress.com/post/unhommesaindansunenvironnementsainblog.wordpress.com/825"><strong>Polenta avec du fromage saumuré</strong></a><strong><br></strong>Ingrédients :</div><div>-une tasse de farine de maïs</div><div>-trois tasses d’eau</div><div>-du fromage saumuré, de la crème, du sel, un peu d’huile.</div><div>On fait bouillir l'eau et le sel, on ajoute la farine sous la pluie en remuant sans arrêt, on laisse bouillir 10-15 minutes à feu doux, on ajoute l'huile en mélangeant  avec une cuillère en bois.</div><div>On le met dans un plateau, avec le fromage et on met la crème au-dessus. On fait raser la pomme et la poire sans les peler. (l’écorce contient des vitamines). On fait broyer la banane et tous les fruits sont arrosés de jus de citron, afin de ne pas s'oxyder.</div><div>On coupe les mandarines en cubes et on les mélange avec les autres fruits en ajoutant des raisins, des noix et du musli de céréales.</div><div>Pour que la salade soit douce, on ajoute 1-2 cuillères à café de miel et on remue.</div><div>À votre avis, mes copines apprécieront cette salade des fruits si je les invite à la gouter ? We remove the seeds from the peppers.We boil the rice for 10 minutes. We anneal the onion with mushrooms and rice, add salt and pepper and after that we let them catch cold .Then we put the  tomato sauce. We fill the peppers with the cold composition. We put the peppers in a pot with a little water and let them boil. The peppers contain vitamins: A and C. Vitamin A is essential for immunity and it helps dried skin. Vitamin C helps our teeth and bones to be healthy.</div><div>Ingredients:<br>-2/3 cup chopped red bell peppers;<br>-2 cups chopped carrots;<br>- 1/3 cup chopped yellow bell peppers;<br>-2/3 cup chopped zucchini;<br>-1 cup broccoli florets;<br>-1 cup chopped onions;<br>-1 tbsp dried thyme;<br>-balsamic vinegar to taste.</div><div>Preparation:<br>Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the chopped vegetables onto a baking sheet, add the thyme and balsamic vinegar to taste. Bake for about 25 minutes.. The quinoa contains vitamin C and a lot of proteins. Place a small non-stick frying pan on a low heat to warm up. Meanwhile…Add ½ tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and turn the heat up to high. Carefully add the tomatoes and fry for 1 minute. After, add milk and mix it and then add the mineral water. Let the composition sit for a half an hour. After a half an hour, take a pan and put it on the stove. After it is warmed up, grease it with oil. Take a little bit of composition and put it in the pan. After 2 minutes, you can turn the pancake and let it cook for 3 minutes, then put the pancake on a plate and repeat the process until you finish the composition. Then, mix egg yolk with oil, flour, baking powder and the remaining syrup. Put 2/3 of the dough in the baking dish, mix the rest with the resulting cocoa and put it on the dough from the baking dish, in the middle.          <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://wordpress.com/post/unhommesaindansunenvironnementsainblog.wordpress.com/1483"><strong>Boulettes aux prunes</strong></a><strong><br></strong>Ingrédients:</div><div>-300 g pomme de terre</div><div>-sel</div><div>-30 ml huile</div><div>-1 œuf</div><div>-100g farine</div><div>-12 prunes</div><div>-50g beurre</div><div>- 100 g de chapelure</div><div>-sucre en poudre</div><div>-cannelle</div><div>-sucre vanille</div><div>Préparation :</div><div>Éplucher, laver, couper en cubes et faire cuire les pommes de terre. Pendant la cuisson, laver et dénoyauter les prunes. Écraser et laisser refroidir les pommes de terre.</div><div>Faire bouillir 3-4 litres d’eau environ dans une grande casserole. Mélanger la farine, 30 g de beurre et une pincée de sel aux pommes de terre et bien pétrir. Sur une planche enfarinée, étaler la pâte jusqu’à une épaisseur d’à peu près 5 mm, et la couper en carrés.</div><div>Mettre une prune au milieu de chaque carré et saupoudrer d’une pincée de cannelle. Relever les coins des carrés et former les boulettes entre les mains. Faire attention à ce que la pâte couvre entièrement les prunes.</div><div>Mettre prudemment la moitié des boulettes dans l’eau bouillante, attendre qu’elles fassent surface et continuer à les faire cuire pendant 3 à 5 minutes.</div><div>Pendant ce temps, faire griller la chapelure dans le reste de beurre. Retirer les boulettes de l’eau avec une cuillère à trous, les égoutter et les rouler dans la chapelure. Mettre les boulettes sur un plat, les saupoudrer de sucre en poudre à la cannelle, et faire cuire de la même façon les boulettes restantes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://wordpress.com/post/unhommesaindansunenvironnementsainblog.wordpress.com/1489"><strong>Cozonac avec des noix et du loukoum</strong></a><strong><br></strong>Un kilogramme de farine, 200 grammes de sucre, une levure, 150 grammes de beurre, 2 œufs, 2 vanilles , des noix haché et du loukoum coupés en petits morceaux.</div><div>Préparation :</div><div>Mettez 250 grammes de farine dans un grand bol. Ajoutez le sel, le sucre, le jeunes d’œuf, la levure diluée dans le lait et mélangez bien. Ajoutez le reste de la farine et mélangez jusqu'à ce que le mélange ne colle plus aux rebords du bol. Transférez la pâte sur le plan de travail et pétrissez-la jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit élastique (environ 10 minutes) Si nécessaire, ajoutez un peu plus de farine.</div><div>Placez la pâte dans un bol. Laissez la pâte doubler de volume pour environ une heure dans un endroit tiède.</div><div>Étalez la pâte sur un plan de travail fariné afin d'obtenir un rectangle d’une épaisseur de 3 mm.</div><div>Mélangez les noix avec le loukoum et les blancs d'œuf montés en neige. Étalez le mélange sur la pâte. Rouler et placer sur une plaque au four beurré pour environ 50 minutes.</div>]]></description>
