You need a lot of padding in the shoulders,knees and sometimes elbow padding too, padding is especially necessary in the helmet to avoid dangerous and life-threatening concussions.

You also need to wear clothing like long socks to avoid sliding and burns,which would also make Shoes with a lot of grip to not slip.
