As an educator to understand children of all ages is one of the biggest challenges. We need to talk to each other in finding out ways that one incorporates to stay in control without hurting the sentiments of the children. I feel we don't talk much about our failures in fear of being judged.

I feel there is no strict defined repercussion for handling children who are acting out. There is a little lack of clarity as to the decision making powers of the educators

Connecting with the educators in an informal setting helps bridge the gaps. I was part of the previous meet and greet, which made things clearer to me. This could be more of an issue with the introvert educators, as during meetings we are time bound and dedicating time to a certain educator to break the ice is impractical. So organizing more such informal gathering or deciding to connect without an agenda would be more conducive
