In the Women´s soccer league, the women won the Women's world cup, and shortly after, the crowd chanted ¨Equal Pay¨. But fortunately, this is not the entire truth. Both the Mens, and Womens  world cup bring in fans from all over the world, and sell out whole stadiums, but the networks that stream the Mens games make more, because their are more viewers, and the teams make more money in total because of how many viewers they get. The means teams also collect much more money from private endorsements. The solution for this pay gap is extremely simple, and quite obvious. Even though Mens teams bring in more money, the percentage of money that goes to the Mens, from how much their team makes, should be the same percentage the Women get. Women have had equal rights for over 100 years now, and to think that they still get payed less in nonsense. Especially when they work hard enough to get into a major league sport.
