EURES is a cooperation network for employment and the free movement of workers, one of the fundamental principles of the European Union(EU), as stated in the relevant articles of the Treaty establishing the European Community.

What is its objective?

The objective of the EURES Network is to provide services to workers, employers, and any citizen who wishes to benefit from the principle of the free movement of persons, providing information and advice on job offers and applications, the situation and developments of the labor market, and living and working conditions in each country.

What can EURES do for you?

1. Matching job offers and CVs on the EURES portal.

2. Information guidance, and other support services for workers and employers.

3. Information on living and working conditions in EURES countries.

It is a package of policy initiatives presented by the European Commission. The objective of this pact is to put the European Union on the path toward a green transition and achieve climate neutrality by 2050.

What is it for?

It is to achieve climate neutrality or net-zero emissions by 2050. This entails emitting into the atmosphere only the greenhouse gases that nature, forests, oceans, and soil, can absorb.

What does the Green New Deal contain?

Initial efforts. In 2006, the Green New Deal as a plan to achieve 100 percent clean and renewable energy by 2030, through a carbon tax, job guarantees, free college, single-payer healthcare, and a focus on the use of public programs.

Erasmus+ is a European student mobility program that allows students from higher education institutions (universities and vocational schools) to continue their education in one of 34 eligible countries: the 28 Member States of the European Union, plus four countries of the Association.

Why do we have Erasmus +?

This program provides grants for a wide range of projects, including training courses for teaching staff and providing students with the opportunity to complete internships, provided they are located abroad.

This is what i did during the project:

• I talked with the illustrator of the group sow she could make me some images.

• I searched with the copywriter the pictures that we need 

• i searched the font for the text 

• I put together the text the picture and the graphic 

• I asked if they liked that and they gave me some advice to make it better and i changed some parts of it. 

In my opinion the hardest part was to worked all together. Sometimes it could be difficult because we all had different ideas and opinions about the project. 

But in the end we talk all together and we find a way to be all happy. 

The best part of the project was to create the graphic and assemble all of the creations of every person.

The tasks I worked on for my group are writing the concept of the work, working on the presentation of the ideas, recording the audio for the video, and finally editing the videos with text and voice.

In my opinion, for this project I didn't find any hard challenges.

This project teaches me how to work with people outside of school and in a professional environment.

My role in this team is the illustrator, so i thinks at the visual part of the work, as an illustration or a sketch. I use the illustrator program to design the artwork.

For this project I did 2 posts and I helped the graphics and motions designer to create the reel for instagram, i designed the logo and i did the avatar .

In my opinion the most important challenge we met was the time and the schedule but we passed this problem by working at home and working very hard.

According to me the best thing about this project is working in a group and helping each other.

2. List 5 tasks you did:

1. I chose the best photos from our work.

2. I edited the images to make them better.

3. I made photo collages.

4. I checked that the photos respecting privacy rules.

5. I helped with the presentations using photos.

3. Challenges you had:

• Some photos were not good quality.

• Some team members didn't send photos on time.

• Sometimes it was hard to use photo editing tools.

4. How you solved these problems:

• I asked for better photos when needed.

• I explained to the group how and when to send the photos.

• I used easy tools to edit the pictures.

5. What you enjoyed most about the eTwinning experience:

I enjoyed working in a team and seeing the final result with all the photos. It was fun to be creative and to collaborate with other students.

I helped my team with the presentation and the pitch, i made our logo, i wrote 5 instagram stories, i helped the graphic designer and the motion graphic.

the challenge that i met is the exhibition of the presentation.

i overcame this challenge with the help of my team.

i enjoyed in particular the teamwork because my team was very good and i had a lot of fun.

My job is to search for suitable photos, examine and possibly edit the photos for them to be published later.

At first I started to search for a possible color palette, and then I looked for photos that were suitable for the promotion of Erasmus+. 

I created some photographic products that could be good to illustrate what Erasmus+ is and the experiences it can give.

Some of the challenges I faced were, for example, finding the right images, or coordinating with my teammates, but by talking to them and helping each other I managed to finish with a good result.

What I enjoyed doing the most was creating photo products and collaborating with my teammates.

The photo editor is the person who chooses and edits photos to make them look good before they are show in website or social media.

This is what i did during the project:

• I chose the photos that best showed the chosen plot

• I edit the photo (fix colors, the light…)

• I worked whit my team to choose the best photos

• I checked if the photos were whithout copyright

In my opinion the challege a theme that we liked the whole team while the part is final part when we saw our created work completed

Creating and posting content on Instagram, following the project’s style and tone. Writing short, interesting captions and using good hashtags to reach more people. Planning the work to organize tasks better. Researching how to communicate in the best way. Checking which posts worked best and improving our communication strategy. One big challenge was finding a way to communicate that was effective but also respectful and fair to everyone in the team. To solve this, I organized the work better and involved the team in choosing the content. I also studied social media trends and looked at how other projects communicated, to get ideas and improve. What I liked the most was trying digital communication in a real way and using my creativity. I also learned how important teamwork and constructive feedback are to get better every day.

Eures is a European network that helps people find jobs in other countries and supports companies in hiring workers from all over Europe.

Initially, I didn’t know what my job entailed, so the first thing I did was visit a few websites to gain information.

I understood that, as a copywriter, I had to find the best way to convey messages and communicate effectively to draw the viewers’ attention to my group’s topic: DiscoverEU.

I visited its website and wrote down all the useful information about it in a Google document. 

Afterwards, Bryan, the social media manager of my group, and I, wrote together the Communication plan, where we stated what kind of products we, as a team, we're going to produce for Europe Direct. 

Then I created a few Instagram posts and stories where I explained what the DiscoverEU initiative is. 

It was a bit difficult to find the right words to use and the best way to convey my message, but I was able to overcome these challenges by doing a lot of research and looking at other websites to see how they used words to communicate effectively. 

I enjoyed having the chance to learn more about Europe and the DiscoverEU project, as well as working with my team.

My role was Social Media Manager, and I created three posts about climate change.

I had to collect ideas, find images, do some graphic research, and create a nice layout that matched the work of my teammates.

The challenge was working together with my teammates because we didn’t talk much, and our work had to be consistent. We solved this problem by discussing more with each other.

Another challenge was improving the quality of the posts. At first, I made three ideas for my posts, but they were maybe too simple. After talking with the teacher, we thought I could make them better, so I created three new improved versions.

This eTwinning project was long but nice. The thing I liked the most was learning how to work in a team.

During the project, I completed many tasks, such as exploring Erasmus+ social media to find samples for our project. I also recorded an interview with our teacher, but unfortunately, I couldn’t finish it due to a problem during the recording.

I created two reels using photos and videos about experiences of traveling and studying. I also made some Instagram posts, and together with the copywriter, I did research to choose the color palette and font for our work.

I didn’t face many challenges the main one was the meeting at Europe Direct, where we received feedback on our work. I overcame this challenge by staying confident about our project and explaining it fluently.

I give a positive feedback about this project because, even though it was hard to complete, it gave me a lot of motivation. When we finished it, I felt very proud of myself and my team.

I didn't encounter any difficulties or challenges. It was a new and interesting activity that we had never faced before, I liked it and I'm curious to do new activities for etwinning.

The challenges I encountered were less hard than I expected, but one particularly tough was to animate with After Effects. Since I was not very good at working with this software, I had problems in animating our avatars, but thanks to my teammates' help and to some video tutorials, I learned how to use it better in order to have an adequate final product.

The tasks that I accomplished were: finishing the illustration for the team, making the two posts for the beginning and the end of our part of the project and helping some teammates to make illustrations for their videos.

The challenges that I met were the fact that we wanted  something specific and we had short deadlines to finish our output for the client, but thankfully my work was easier and I had the chance to finish my job on time.

What I enjoyed the most was the challenge of working on something new for a client  as prestigious as Europe direct and I also loved working in a team.

I checked EURES’ YouTube profile, watched the video content, and tried to understand how to enhance the profile with new material. I wrote my ideas in my group's communication plan.

The team presented the ideas to the customer, Europe Direct, who told us what to approve and what not. Then, we started the production phase of the content and had the opportunity to create different types of social media material. So, we played multiple roles.

In my team, I created some carousels, reels, and a story-quiz, with the aim of informing people about EURES in a fun and interesting way. In the planning phase, I also helped my team organize the communication plan and the presentation.

The challenge I faced was proposing ideas for video content, especially after the meeting with the customer, because some ideas were rejected and others were assigned to other coworkers.

At the beginning, I didn't have any particular ideas for the reels. So I started by creating the first idea that came to mind, just to "unlock" myself and my creativity, even if it was for other types of content like posts or Instagram stories.

Then I had the intuition to create a reel that indirectly addressed EURES: it talked about the customer and connected it with EURES.

For me, this eTwinning project was a very interesting opportunity to learn more about communication and teamwork.

I wrote the first page of the communication plan identifying the language to use and the target of the project. I created three Instagram post proposals that encourage people to embark on the Discover EU journey. I tried to be original and used attractive graphics to entice people, i had to collect ideas, find images, and using fonts and colors that matched the work of my teammates. I didn't find hard challenges for this project. This project teaches me to work in groupe with my team and organize materials for a consistent final result.

These are the 4 things I did during the work:

The challegers i met were understanding the role i had to play and working in a group with classmates.

I overcame these challegers talking with my classmates, about the problem that was there and take a solution.

I enjoyed this project because i learn more about etwinning and in the future i want do more activities about that.

Problems encountered were:

Finding good quality photos. Some photos were too dark or not useful.

How I solved them:

I used free image websites and asked my friends to take photos. I used simple editing tools to fix the photos.

What I liked the most:

I enjoyed working with the images and being creative. It was fun to help make the project more beautiful with my photos.

The challenges I faced according to me were the hardships of finding some aspects of information required for work.

I overcame my challenges by researching over and over again till I got the necessary details I needed.

The thing I enjoyed most was during the time I was creating the posts for our work.

Mi role was content creator.

I created a post for Facebook.

The post included a visual and text about nature.

I liked to work in team.

I liked our topic about pollushion, climate change and nature protection.

A graphic motion designer creates animated visual content by combining graphics and motion, using software like After Effects. They produce videos, animations, and dynamic graphics for advertising (ad), social media, TV, and presentations.

I didn't face many challenges during this project, the only one was having to redo the work more than once. However, every time there was an issue, I talked it over with my teammates and with our teacher, who supported me throughout the project.

What I enjoyed most during this experience was working together with my team. We were very united and, in my opinion, we worked really well together. According to me, this experience was a great opportunity to learn how to work in a group, and if I had the chance to do this project again, I would definitely do it.
