This article is an important resource teaching racism in elementary classrooms by sharing multiple videos that can be shown in the classroom to help students understand disparities. I chose this because there are short descriptions for each video, and each all of the videos mentioned focus on creating an environment where all students, regardless of their background, feel supported and represented. The article having multiple video options allows the teacher to choose which video, based on the description, will be the best fit for their class.

One of the reviews on the book said "The timely and relevant anti-racist message so excellently delivered in this book makes it worthy of a place on all library shelves."

The article gives insight on how we as teachers can go about navigating these conversations in a way that sheds light on important issues regarding racism, how to make a safe space for students, and how to properly redirect students if they potentially share a belief that may be racist or harmful.
