1.	A detailed definition of the three Acts AND include relevant examples. Your definition will include a quick and easy way for people to remember the Act e.g. you can use a song, phase, an analogy or nemonic etc. 3.	Provide an example of how the three Acts could be breached due to poor internal training? Provide a recent news story affecting another organisation. State what they did wrong and how your organisation would prevent something like that.

5.	Revisit question 1 and 3. What policies or precautions can be put in place to prevent such problems within your company?6.	Explain how recent and future advancements in computing technologies would effect your company when it comes to the three Acts?

5: People mis-use computers all the time, some examples of this would be someone leaving a computer unattended, this allows the person who comes across it to have full access of the computer. This can be prevented by having a system where your computer locks when being idle for a certain amount of time, and disciplinary measures can be set in place for those who mess it up.
Another precaution that can be put in place for banks is when a user calls up regarding sensitive information, you can do an information check to prove the person you are talking to is the person in question.
6: Recent technologies allow things to be very secure. For example, most new phones now have fingerprint scanners meaning that only the person who owns the phone can unlock it, unless you know the pin code. These can soon be transferred to many other things such as ATM's in future advancements. Another thing that allows data to be protected is the face recognition which works similarly to the fingerprint scanner, except it scans your face.

Hacking Hacking is where an unauthorised person uses a network, Internet or modem connection to gain access past security passwords or other security to see data stored on another computer. Hackers sometimes use software hacking tools and often target, for example, particular sites on the Internet.
