It was started on 1995.

3. Is there an end date to the agreement?
Nowadays there isn't a end date to the agreement.

4. What are the benefits for international trade?
 It helps to promote peace, stimulates economic growth and  rovides more choice of products and qualities among other benefits.

5. What are the goals for this agreement?
The main goal of the agreement is the reduction of tariffs and other barriers to trade. This orgaization also prohibits discrimination between trading partners.
