         <description><![CDATA[<div>2 Ring Stands<br>4.5 m fishing line<br>4.5 m yarn/string<br>2 balloons<br>1 straw<br>1 index card<br>Tape<br><br>Slide the straw on to the line. At each end of the fishing line and yard, carefully tie a loop that will slide on and off the ring stand.<br><br> Slip the loop over the ring stands and spread apart until the line is tight.<br><br>Tape the index card to the straw like the illustration/video shows. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

<br>Observe how far and how fast it moves along the string.
<br>Repeat this 3 more times, making the balloon size as consistent as possible each trial.
