This time attach both to the index card, one on each side, facing the balloons the same way.

Let go of the balloons at the same time.

4.5 m fishing line
4.5 m yarn/string
2 balloons
1 straw
1 index card
Tape

Slide the straw on to the line. At each end of the fishing line and yard, carefully tie a loop that will slide on and off the ring stand.

 Slip the loop over the ring stands and spread apart until the line is tight.

Tape the index card to the straw like the illustration/video shows.

Observe what happens when you let go of both of the balloons at the same time.

Using 1 balloon, start at the lower end of the string and let go. Repeat 3 times.
