Netiquette is a set of informal rules governing the good behavior of a user on the Internet web, especially in relating to other users through resources such as newsgroups, mailing lists, forums, blogs, social networks or e-mail in general.  
Compliance with netiquette is not imposed by any law, but from a legal point of view, netiquette is often referred to in access service supply contracts by providers.


 Failure to comply with netiquette leads to general disapproval from other Internet users, usually followed by an isolation of the "rude" subject and sometimes by the request for suspension of some services used to perform acts contrary to it.
In cases of serious and continuous violations the offending user is punishable by ban.




Some rules of netiquette:
Avoid any form of digital bullying;
Avoid sharing spam; 
Be concise and to the point;
Use common sense because you communicate with other people on the Internet, so you must always be polite.

ABSOLUTE AND RALATIVE POVERTY.

The majority of the population still lives in conditions of extreme poverty.
The pandemic Covid-19, after much progress to reduce poverty, has led to an increase in poverty,the main focus of the 2030 agenda is poverty.
The poverty has a different socio-economic dimensions,like the ability to access services and social protection measures and choice and social status.
The poverty Is the root cause of many  right violations.
Absolute poverty Is the lack of sufficient resources for life necessites,including safe drinking water or food.
The poverty line Is calculated on the basis income,a persone or a household Is considerated to be poor when their income and resource are worse than what is considered adequate or socially acceptable in the society.
Poor person are often excluded from participating in economic or social activities.
The relative poverty is the level of poverty that changes based on context it is relative to the economic climate. Relative Poverty is when a household receives 60% of the average household income in their own economy.
 I think that there should be no poverty in the world and that we should all have the same opportunities.

The poverty can make impossible for them to enjoy their human rights,more than 20% of children and youth aged belowed 24 are at risk of poverty.
In 2010 the European Youth Forum identified a difficult transition to an autonomous adult life, one the principal problems the poverty, young people above all living with their parents have a lower risk by poverty respect to live alone or with a daughter and Is single with a child.
