         <description><![CDATA[<p>In todays world young children are using technology more than ever before. That is why it is super important to teach them how to be safe, respectful, and responsible while using technology. Digital citizenship helps kids understand how to protect their personal information, how to treat others kindly in digital spaces, and how to be smart about what they see online. I think that by starting these lessons early it can help students build good habits that will really stick with them as they grow up using it. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Give each student a paper cutout of a shoe.</p></li><li><p>Talk about what a "digital footprint" is and everything you do online leaves a little trail behind.</p></li><li><p>Ask students to draw or write examples of good digital choices inside of their shoe, for example, like asking an adult for help, not sharing their name, being kind online to others, etc.</p></li><li><p>Decorate and display the shoes on a classroom wall for everyone to get different rules and ideas from their classmates.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
