When she goes to school she befriends Lavender and Miss Honey, who is amazed at her knowledge and tries to move Matilda to an advanced class but is rejected by the Headmistress Trunchbull. Throughout this story Matilda and Miss Honey will try to give a new order to the school and that both manage to be together.
My favourite character in the story is Miss Honey, who is Matilda´s teacher. She is very kind, peaceful and quiet with her students, that’s why every kid under her care adore her. My favourite part of the story is when Miss Honey stays with Matilda and takes care of her after the Matilda´s parents left the road. I liked this part because Miss Honey always cared about Matilda and she wanted to give her a better future for the child.
