As you get nearer to one your perception of space and time changes. As you get nearer to the event horizon, you start to stretch like a piece of spaghetti. After going over the event horizon, anything could happen. We don't know. I support the theory that everything spurts out in a different universe from a white hole. The first black hole ever discovered was Cygnus-X1 (Not sure of the spelling) and it was just feeding off a neighboring star. As the star diminished, the black hole grew. I'm pretty sure this was called a binary. Black holes are formed when a supermassive star goes supernova and in the middle of all the gas, a black hole forms. It feeds off the gas and it forms an accretion disk. The accretion disk is a disk of gas and light swirling around the black hole, slowly getting sucked into the event horizon and beyond. (I probably got some details and spellings.)

The most popular theory of how the universe came to be is the big bang. The big bang theory (Not to be confused with the popular tv show) is that the universe was a tiny pinpoint of matter that exploded into the universe that we know and mostly love today. The hydrogen merged to become bigger and bigger elements eventually bringing us to the creation of Earth. There is a lot of evidence supporting this theory but I'm not so sure on the details. From what I can tell, there is a lot of hydrogen 'residue' from when the universe 'exploded'.

When two stars get too close to each other, they start to orbit each other because of their gravitational pull. This can happen with black holes too and in fact, there were multiple black hole collision centres whose whole purpose was detecting black holes and proving the existence of them. I forgot the name of the centres, unfortunately. However, when two black holes orbit each other and eventually collide, they send out energy waves and merge to form a larger supermassive black hole. Now back to the stars. When star A gets closer to us it turns blue and when it gets further it turns red. There can be triple-star systems too.

After stars run out of energy, they inflate by quite a bit and then shrink and become dwarf stars that expel a lot less energy but have a lot of mass, hence strengthening their gravitational pull. Eventually, they will fully run out of energy and become black dwarf stars, but the universe hasn't existed long enough for a star to become a black dwarf star. However, if the star is big enough, it becomes a supernova, which is the brightest thing in the universe. Supernovas also shrink by quite a bit and have an even stronger gravitational pull. If stars are big enough, they become neutron stars, which boast weights similar to the sun, although only the size of a big city. Eventually, neutron stars become black holes. If the star is very very big (like almost as big as the Clash Royale developers' bank accounts), it will not be able to support its weight and collapse in on itself, forming a black hole. Black holes are the heaviest thing in the universe; a black hole the size of a marble is as heavy as Earth and has a gravitational pull so strong that they suck in light, hence earning their name 'black hole', for being the darkest thing in the universe as they suck in light. Supermassive black holes are in the center of every galaxy, having lots of stars orbiting them, and some of the stars have planets orbiting them. Some scientists believe that there is a wormhole in the middle of every black hole, and want to send a kamikaze person to the center of our galaxy's black hole when we have the technology, which in my opinion is a tad bit stupid, but I'm not a scientist. :) NOT COPY AND PASTED I PROMISE.

According to Stephen Hawking, there is a way to escape a black hole, but it takes billions of years. Basically, black holes will spit out a particle of energy for every two it takes in (or something like that), and if you wait long enough, it can eventually spit you out into little particles where someone can reconstruct you. This theory of black holes spitting out energy means that if it's true then if you had a mini-black hole, you could technically roast marshmallows over it! (Side not: just make sure not to make it eat up the whole planet.)

The True Vacuum is where a particle is created through means I forgor :skull: and will continue expanding, eating more energy. It is faster than light and could eat our whole Solar System in a blink of an eye. However, don't worry about this happening, as if it does happen, due to the sheer size, even though it moves so fast it'll take hundreds of millions of years to eat us, so, that's a problem for the future. :)

This is because it has an atmosphere made of carbon dioxide and acid clouds which trap heat.
Earth is the only (known) habitable planet, has one moon and is similar in size to Venus.
Mars is the last terrestrial planet. It is slightly smaller than Earth, colder, and has two moons. Mars is one of the key interests of space exploration, due to the fact that it is 'closest to being habitable'.

It is estimated that Jupiter has around 80~95 moons.
Saturn is the second largest planet and is known for its rings. All of the gas giants have rings, but none are nearly as significant as Saturns. Saturn has 146 moons, some of them being larger than Mercury.
Uranus is the seventh planet and has 27 known moons. It is smaller than Jupiter or Saturn, and is composed of ice, rock and gas. Uranus and Neptune are also known as 'Ice Giants'.
Neptune is the eighth and farthest planet from the sun. It is the coldest planet in our solar system and is the densest giant planet.

Open star clusters are generally very "young" (around 100 thousand to a few million years old). Globular star clusters will be a lot, lot, older at around 12 billion years. Famous examples include matariki and jewel box for open and M22and M68 for gobular.

Quasars are powered by supermassive black holes at the centers of galaxies. Material falling into these black holes releases huge amounts of energy, causing the quasar to shine extremely bright. Quasars are located billions of light years away from Earth, meaning that scientists see them as they appeared billions of years ago. This allows quasars to give us information about the early universe. Quasar light shows evidence of elements like hydrogen, helium, carbon and oxygen, indicating that elements were already forming in the early universe. The most luminous quasars can shine with the power of thousands of galaxies combined, making them some of the brightest objects in the universe. The first quasars were discovered in the 1960s. Since then, over 100,000 quasars have been cataloged. Researchers believe quasars were more common in the early universe.

Quasars are supermassive black holes that are found in the center of galaxies. The light that we see orbiting them is called an accretion disk. This is caused by matter orbiting the black holes so fast that it causes friction and therefore light. Because of their size, they posses immense gravitational pull.
