I keep the class very organized. Each table has an exact marking on the floor where it should be.
There's nothing on the table except the book we are using, no pencil case no water only the book. And when there's work then we take out we need.
Speaking only after given permission, or if there's open discussion.
The schoolbag is on the chair not thrown on the floor.
Whoever wants to drink can take out his bottle, so he doesn't have to leave class
