4- what could you improve- it took a while to complete the task as it took a few attempts to communicate properly

1- Explain the task- we had to work as a team and capture all of the terrorists 
2-how did this develop your communication skills?- we had to talk over the radio's so people would be more confident when speaking.

1- Explain the task- when we play football on a Sunday playing as a team and not getting on at each other when we make a mistake.

1- Explain the tasks- I stay motivated everyday to get up at 6:30 am and come into college.
2-how did this develop your motivation?- I have to be motivated and it can test my motivation but I still I know that I need to get up and come to college to do what I want to do in the future.
3-what went well-I still manage to get up every morning and come into college 
4- what could be improved- some days I don’t want to get up and come into college

1- Explain the tasks- I have been learning to drive and I have to stay motivated to learn.
2-how did this develop your motivation?- it has been really difficult at times and has tested my motivation due to it being stressful
3- what went well-I have passed my theory test and have got my practical test booked due to my lessons doing well.
4- what could be improved- I have had a few lessons where I have really struggled due to lack of concentration or any other reasons.

What went well? He got a better grade then he expected to get 
What would you change? Could have gave him more help and could have helped him earlier 
 
Evidence 2- When a new group came up I took one of them under my wing ad looked after him
Explain the activity A new group of kids came I took one of them under my wing and kept him from doing anything that would have got him in trouble
What went well? I kept him from getting in trouble

What went well?- I feel like I am ready for my test 
What would you change?- I cold do more and practice more.
