As a BA cum software test, one of the main challenges I face is ensuring that every application or system tested is free of defects even in a dynamic and changing environment. I have to overcome the pressure to test various platforms in a limited time, as well as face situations  where user needs may change throughout the development process. Also, communicating with the development team to clarify technical issues and ensure the right solution also requires high skills in conflict management and diplomacy.

Improve Test Automation Skills, start by learning a test automation tool that fits the technology used such workplace, such as Selenium, JUnit, or Cypress. Find tutorials online, join courses on platforms like Udemy or Coursera, and apply the knowledge learned to the testing project.

Develop Time Management and Prioritiesn identify the most critical functions or modules in the application being tested and focus testing on those parts first. Create a prioritized list of tests that need to be performed based on their impact on users or risk to the system.
