First of all, wanted to say thank you for being a great colleague and a true friend throughout my entire Globe life. Literally andun ka throughout all the milestones haha. From our early days as ka-globe to being a solid Alliances team before; we experienced all of its ups and downs together. Fighting and flying through each day :)).

Second, even though we are sad you are moving to another team, just wanted to tell you how happy and proud I am of all your accomplishments in work and in life. Ang dami nating deep talks before and i'm so happy that things are falling into their place and life is unfolding positively for you. Syempre kasama na dun yung super amazing love life mo now! Yieeee! haha

Lastly, cheers to your new role as you will surely learn a lot with the CRM peeps. It will be a new learning curve but i'm sure you will get through and thrive in the new environment. You got this! :)

I was initially happy because it has always been something you wanted, and no doubts that you will learn a lot in CRM and continue to grow as an individual. Hearing the news was a bit saddening too since you'll be leaving the rewards team. 
Thank you for being one of the first people to welcome me with open arms when we had our first and last lunch out in 2020. Being new to the team, I literally didn't know anyone and was super shy kasi parang ang close niyo lahat sa isa't-isa, knowing that you've all worked X years together na. Everyone was so welcoming, and I'd never forget the jokes and comments na "okay lang kumain nang marami dito kasi ganun kaming lahat" haha. I'll definitely miss working, getting message requests, and seeing your kaloka "spiels" to have everyone redeem something whenever we have our campaigns.

I was really shocked when I heard the news na you were moving to CRM. Actually I only found out when Peter sent the link to this. 

Thank you for all the funny jokes and hirits during our meetings. I feel sad that we didn't get to go out and have lunches as Rewards as much, but I hope to be able to do that with you once we're all back!

Thank you for being my go-to person when I need advice for a TM spiel. Knowing this and I know that CRM couldn't have found a better fit for the TM Squad than you. 

I know you'll do great as you always have. Wishing you all the best as you transition into your new role! And see you soon.
