Black people wanted less segregation and more integration in things such as schools and transportation. Women fought against the idea of women being less than men.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Suburbanization changed the social hierarchy of middle class citizens. With the more wealthy ones (usually white: White Flight) moving away from the crowded city life. They had more luxurious items such as personal cars in contrast to the public transit city dwellers usually spent their money on. State to state migration had spread culture around the country with music, food, and ways of living. Also the manufacturing abandonment of the Rust Belt caused job seekers to move to southern states. Also the massive increase of immigration from the Immigration ACt of 65' caused a lot social and economical unrest. Including the anti-immigrant way of thinking and the job competition with the middle to lower class </div>]]></description>
