1. How important are 'likes' on social media to you?
For accounts with personal use, the amount of likes do not matter to us, because the content that we post is for ourselves and close friends. However if the account is used for business reasons, a lot of likes can bring a lot of engagements and attention to the content, which is very beneficial.

2. This episode is about acceptance. Is the desire for acceptance a bad thing?
For the most part, desire for acceptance really depends on what a person is looking for. It can be bad if a person is changing themselves to be validated by society. This can create a negative impact on a person who constantly has the need to fit in. However, the desire for acceptance can be good if a person is trying to find a wider scope of friends who have the same interest or personality range as they do. In this case, it can be good for the person as it allows them to find more like-minded people as them.

3. What negative consequences of social media ratings can you think of?
- More attention means more backlash. Not everyone can be pleased even though your content is positive.
- With higher ratings on your account, it's easier for you to mess up your reputation even by the smallest things,

1. How important are 'likes' on social media to you?

In our opinion, the amount of likes does not affect our self worth or acceptance. We reminisced back to younger days during our teenager times where 'likes' meant the world to us which exudes how popular you are and how well liked you are. However, as we grow older, we developed a mature mentality of how the amount of likes does NOT determine who we are. Honestly, its unimportant anymore. But we also realized that artists and public icons rely on likes to secure their jobs so people in that profession regard the amount of likes highly.

2. This episode is about acceptance. Is the desire for acceptance a bad thing?

Acceptance is not a bad thing as it is always best to accept ourselves before expecting others to accept us for who we are. Self love and self acceptance is an important factor in order to lead a happy life and gain peace. Acceptance permission to be as you are, feeling what u feel w/out creating unproductive shame

3. What negative consequences of social media ratings can you think of?
-Affects friendship (strains the bond between friends and causes misunderstandings)
- Creates unnecessary assumptions and thoughts (overthinking)
-Effect mental health (depression, anxiety)
-Comparison among friends of who is better/more popular than who

1. How important are 'likes' on social media to you?
- For personal accounts, It depends on the person if they favour more likes in their posts. Some people don't really mind if they have smaller interactions and likes from the fellow followers/subscribes/friends etc. - and some would take these likes seriously because they have reputation to uphold, therefore getting likes often denotes their social standings among their peers/friends/families.

However, if you own a business, getting likes is crucial in helping your company/brand grow - because getting more likes will help your company's credibility and ultimately can help determine the success of your business. The number of likes that we gain in social media isn't important as long as we manage to post a good content that will change some people's life throughout the content.

2. This episode is about acceptance. Is the desire for acceptance a bad thing?
- The desire for acceptance is not a bad thing, but what you do to get accepted by the community is another. Everybody has their own personal opinions of you and what you post on social media. Their opinions may sometimes not agree with you and the pressure may lead you to act in a way that you want them to agree with and it might not exactly fit you and you'll be forced to be different. So, everyone surely has their opinions of you, whether good or bad, but you can choose whether their opinions of you matter or not. You have the right to pick whether what they say about you should be accepted. So, wanting to be accepted by other people is not bad, but whether other people can accept you is also an important factor that you should take note as well.

3. What negative consequences of social media ratings can you think of?
-The negative consequences of social media rating is it could exert a certain level of pressure towards the users in meeting the norm created and implemented by society. social media user tend to feel the need to only show the good side of the life which could be very unrealistic. nevertheless, this portrayal is seen as huge achievement that most people perceived despite knowing that it could be not as authentic as real life.
