250g chicken breast

250g of beef

250 g of pork meat

1 carrot

½ red bell pepper

½ green bell pepper

1 purple onion

2 cloves of garlic

½ can of peas

1 small eggplant

1 can of fried tomato

Oil

1. The first step will be to prepare the rice, for this in a saucepan place two tablespoons of oil and when hot add the rice to fry. After two minutes we add 4 cups of water.

2. Cook over medium heat uncovered for 10 minutes. Then cover, lower the heat and cook for 10 more minutes. When it's ready, we reserve.

3. While we make the rice, we start with the meats and vegetables.

4. We will remove the fat from the meat and cut it into not very large cubes. We will cut the vegetables into fine julienne strips, except for the garlic and the aubergine, which we will cut into brunoise.

5. When everything is ready, heat a large frying pan, add a couple of tablespoons of oil and begin to fry the onion and garlic.

6. After a few minutes we add the chicken, brown and add the meat, finally the pork. The idea is that they brown. Remove from heat and reserve.

7. Now we continue cooking the other vegetables. We start with the carrot, which is the hardest, then the peppers and the other ingredients, including the tomato to make a light stew.

8. Add salt and pepper and add the meat again, mixing everything very well, add the cooked rice and let it cook for a couple more minutes.

9. Ready, a simple triphasic rice to make and with a very good flavor.

porque es el idioma universal. El inglés es el idioma de la comunicación internacional y es de gran ayuda para nuestra carrera universitaria 
• ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

Este aprendizaje aporta mucho, para muestra vida y para la carrera como tal y es de gran ayuda para nuestro futuro mantener una conversación fuera de Colombia y en ella.
