Subject: Damaged Iron Box

Dear Sir,
This letter is to inform you that the iron box that I ordered last morning has been delivered to my house successfully. Unfortunately the iron box was completely damaged.

The packaging wasn't handled with care. The iron box has rusted from certain places. it wasn't heating properly. The product that I received was completely different from the product that I selected at the shop. The clothes are not being pressed properly. I was disappointed by the condition of the product.

Dear Sir,
Sub- Defacement of Iron Box 

I am writing this letter to inform you that I had  ordered the latest model of the Iron Box from your shop. I'm very disappointed to inform you that  when I received the Iron Box, it was completely  damaged.

The Iron Box is not heating properly. It has a dirty sole plate and it is sticking to my clothes. The insulator in the iron box was not functioning properly and my hand was burnt due to the  immensive amount of heat produced. I was surprised to know that even after paying a huge amount of cash, I received a Defaced Item from your shop, I request either you reimburse my money or send me a good model of your Iron Box collection.

I hope you take my complaint seriously and please take serious action.

Subject - Damaged Iron Box

Dear Sir,
This letter is being written to inform you that a damaged iron box was delivered to my house. A week before on 10 January 2021, I had selected a perfect iron box from your showroom and at the time it was working.

 The heating insulation of the iron box does not regulate heat and takes a long time. thee steamer of the iron box is completely damaged and does not spray water. the handle is broken and we are not able The iron box has formed a lot of rust on the center and

I request you to either replace the iron box with a new one or reimburse my money back.

I am writing this letter to inform you that the Iron Box that I bought yesterday morning was delivered to my house today. To my great dismay it  was heavily damaged.

I personally visited your shop yesterday morning and had selected the perfect model yet I didn't receive it in proper packaging and hence it got damaged due to your negligence. I am very disappointed with your customer service. I highly request you to replace the item or reimburse the money back.

Subject: Damaged Iron Box
Respected Sir
This letter is written to inform you that the iron box I received this morning is of poor quality. It was damaged and wasn't working properly.

It was received with a crack in its handle. It is not heating properly and its wire is completely impaired.
It is getting heated very slowly as well as after few minutes it make sound and disturbs everyone while plugging in.

I would be obliged if you replace this iron box with a good quality or give a compensation.
