In the story people are overcome with sin and don't listen to God when he calls out to them, they ignore him. God's creation have become strangers to God, they don't keep close, the bond was broken and that was displeasing. Noah on the other hand was one of the sole people who still sought out to God and he answered by sparing him and entrusting him to be the leader of the new generation of humans, to teach them how to follow God.

C. What does Noah's story and experience tell us about: you, your relationship with others, your relationship with G*d and all G*d's creation? Do we still have these promises? Why or why not?

Noah's story shows and tells us that people learned and God has kept the promise with them because people continue to follow God and the rainbow, though rare, still appears. Then there's those around me and myself who worship God and don't participate in sin that's grave. I'm surrounded with kind people who stand with God or act like God wants us to.

D.D. How is Noah's experience: 1. Similar to Cain and Abel's experience? 2. How is it different from Cain and Abel's experience?

Noah's experience is the same as Cain and Abel's is that Noah and Cain were made to wander alone, and both were to be able to get into a brighter future. Though the difference is Cain had sinned and turned away from God and Noah was the only listener, facing God and allying with him. Cain in Noah's story would've been the sinners who God drowned while Abel would've been Noah, living and spreading God's words.

I see that Noah's Ark was the beginning of a new world and chances to redeem ourselves and be with God. The Ark held the beings with God like a church would, it kept the people safe and protected them from sin just like church with its events like the sacraments and mass that lead us closer to God.
