         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. How to channel my wisdom or leadership to others in our school without feeling like I am just proving my point or opinion.  I want to lead and change teachers perception of our middle school kids. I also really feel I need to learn ways to ask better questions, or find different avenues to get people back working for the betterment of our kids<br>2. Learn something to help me in the classroom or in my personal life.  The kicker is to make that a habit though.  I read the Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.  Very good book if you are looking for follow through in your life.</div>]]></description>
