People need to help one another more by giving them a chance to make a different for the world. Civic Education is important to help othe like if you see something wrong with them like the way they look etc, you can try to help out. In the article it said "We the People are ultimately responsible for what our representatives do on our behalf using our collective power... Instead, we recognize that citizens need a certain amount of education to carry on our democratic traditions and that it is in the public’s interest to ensure the future stability of our country." meaning that we should be responsible for are self but we can help people find the right way to go.
