The Supreme Court had ruled that when people said that discrimination in hotels, trains, or other public places is unconstitutional and that you can discriminate people by there race.</p><p>2.) From New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana, any where west, there were either none, or close to no lynching for the blacks.</p><p>3.) White women in January of 1923 made a false accusation that a black man had attacked her, so white men (35) went over to him and killed him and twenty five other black men to die as well as two white men.  </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. The KKK didn't just target blacks, they killed black politicians and other people that were part of it.</p><p>2.  The Brownsville Affair was a racial incident that grew out of tensions between whites in Brownsville, Texas. </p><p>3. In 1883, The United States Supreme Court ruled that the Civil Rights act of 1875, forbidding discrimination in hotels, trains, and other public spaces, was unconstitutional and not authorized by the 13th or 14th Amendments of the Constitution.</p><p>THIS IS CiCi</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>#1: The KKK used to actually be a secret fraternity rather than a terrorist group. They eventually
grew and as they did people made it more terrorist as the years went by.</p>
<p>#2: During the Red Summer the North and South had a huge stone throwing melee after a white caught a
black swimming accidentally in the whites owned river...what babies.</p>
<p>#3: The Blues wasn't just random tuba and saxophone blowing. It came from the hearts of the hurt blacks that wanted to share their pain. It also came from their culture. African Rhythms, Field Hollers (Mr. Beard would know) , Jump Ups, Spirituals, Church Music.</p>]]></description>
