Positivity will allow me to lead the team in focusing on our end outcome taking into consideration potential fallout but not allowing the follow outs digress our progress. I take responsibility for myself as well as the team when collaborating and dividing tasks for the best outcome.  Empathy comes into play by understanding the potential difficulties that my teammates may face and filling in the gaps when necessary. 
    Learner is an important strength because I am always open to suggestions and constructive criticism for the good of the group and project.  I will use my strength of strategic

Seema Verma refers to 60 million Americans who will now have access to telehealth care. Without this access, there is potential for many poor outcomes due to undiagnosed diseases, lack of treatment and lack of follow-up. With this spread we will be able to decrease those poor outcomes potentially saving hundreds and thousands of lives.
