To expand, if a leader does not understand those who they will lead, they will be ineffective in reaching their audience and ultimately their goals. This goes hand in hand with flexibility; leadership is not a one track path to success and not everyone along the way will be passive to the agenda. 
The last four qualities I have mentioned are more about the leader themselves than their actions with others. Many say confidence is contagious; if you truly believe in yourself, your skills, and agenda, then people will seemingly be more likely to feed into this. Heart and strength is a part of the grit it takes to be a leader. One must show to others that the agenda matters. This is a worthy cause to fight for. Lastly, determination is vital. Besides this, I commission art for brands or independent creators for things like shirts and logos, even specific paintings by request. Additionally, I work clothing events with a company based in Arcadia. I am an only child to my mother and my father's first child. I have a younger sister from my father and step mother who is thirteen years apart from me. My family is fairly small and much of my extended family resides in Mexico or Lebanon and Syria. Poetry and art are my passions; especially Sylvia Plath. I enjoy taking photographs of the places I’ve traveled, more particularly scenery and being able to morph the subject matter. Of all things to pass time, I prefer to draw or work on a new painting when possible. Anatomy is usually a large portion of what I draw. Cars are also a huge love of mine; anything from a 77 Nova to an i8.
