When you speak up as a black person/woman or POC you will be labeled as the "angry black person". But in reality POC should be able to speak up for themselves....even if it comes off in a culturally different way.

I internalized so many racial and gender biases from the cartoons and children's shows that I watched - especially so many of the "classics" from the sixties and seventies.
