Through connecting to other people may increase your self-esteem, forgetting your trust issues and attachment issues and you will feel that you're not alone that you belonged and you're not different. We may often think that the world revolves around us, or that our life is separate from the society, but this is only a myopic view of life. Man is a social animal hence it is inevitable that we relate to other people and since society is made up of social subsystems that define our roles we are a part of the complex puzzle of life.
In our group, we show our connectedness through having chitchats about any thing. From a very simple convo started with how's our day went or something made us feel that we belong in certain group in which we are connected regardless of our religion and gender. We can easily talk to each other since we speak in the same language/mother-tongue and live in the same country in which we are familiar with our norms and culture already.

As we look into our identity chart we have seen that we have differences and similarities. Though we may not be relatives or sharing the same blood but we are still connected by having the same spiritual belief we are both Roman Catholic. We know how t interact with other people and shows respect to those who have different cultures from us . The most important thing that makes us connected is that we are a Filipino we are proud and of being a Filipino.We use to speak the same language and were leaving in the same country. The diversity of religion, race, gender, culture etc. are things that are bound to be different from person to person that you meet. Now is the time to embrace this diversity. The message to spread love and understanding are more important than ever in our day and time. The history of intolerance is a long and brutal one where people who don’t fit a criteria and set of expectations are not accepted in our society. There is also this irony that exists.
