If you decide it is time to move onto another home and you are intending to vacate the property, it is important to advise your Investment Manager as soon as possible with your Notice to Vacate via email.

Expired lease - If your lease has expired, you will need to give 21 days notice to vacate.

Fixed term lease - If youre in a fixed term lease, you will need to give 14 days notice to vacate the property

During a lease - If your lease has not yet expired and you need to make a move, please contact our office immediately so we can discuss the best options for you.

- A Vacating Notice letter will be emailed to you detailing what happens next

- Our accounts team will cancel your direct debit and email you to notify the final payments to occur prior to your vacate date

- Your Investment Manager will be in contact with you to discuss open homes for the property

- Organise a time to complete outgoing inspection once you have vacated the property

If the property is to be a re-let, we ask for your co-operation in allowing us to access and show prospective tenants the property.

You will of coarse be notified prior to any private inspections or open homes

We do prefer for you to be available for each inspection, how ever if this is not possible we ask for any valuable items to be put away securely.
