Beat sugar, dairy blend and lemon rind together until light and creamy. Beat in egg yolks<br>and lemon juice, then fold in milk and flour.<br>2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and fold into lemon mixture (the mixture will be slightly<br>lumpy). Divide mixture between 6 lightly buttered ramekins or teacups. Place ramekins in a deep<br>baking dish and fill dish with enough boiling water to come half way up the sides of the ramekins.<br>3. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Serve immediately with seasonal fruit and frozen yogurt.</div>]]></description>
