3rd: after asking for compliance, give time before interacting again

4th: ignore it if the student isn’t bothering anyone

Address the students behavior and show him the instructions then ignore until he sits down. Offering him what he wants let him get what he wants after working. Revisit conversation where he wants to sit after they work. Use Class buddy system for that student.
