Hygenic maners are mandatory<br>5. Weapons are illegal except when you have a hunting license<br>6. You must always wear your bracelet, trying to take it off will autmatically kill you.<br>7. Alcohol, drugs and other substances that bring peace to your conscience are allowed.<br>8. Breaking up a love relationship is punishable.<br>9. Overweight people have to take a personal trainer to get back to a good shape.<br>10. You're are allowed to skip 25 days of school a year, exceeding this amount will cause consequences.&nbsp;<br><br>Every transgression of the law will be automatically noted on the bracelet and will be punished in proportion to the gravity of the act.<br><br><br><br><br>In our society, there is no class distinction. Since equality is our main value, nobody is considered higher than anyone else. Of course, people get into certain social groups depending on their interests, but there is no such thing as social order or hierarchy. We stand on the simple base that no one has more power than anyone else; everybody has the same power to make decisions and live the way they want if it respects the laws of the society. In our world, we don’t worship any type of god. We believe in our own individual power to make ourselves and our world better.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>How is it organized?</strong><br><em>From the age of three to six, kids develop their brain by playing games during day at the First School.<br>&nbsp;Following their seventh birthday&nbsp; the kids will be transferred to the General School, where they'll start learning some general knowledge about our world: a little bit of geography, mathematics, English or biology. No subject is deepened, we just want them to get an idea of their interests and of their strengths and weaknesses about the different topics taught. General School.<br>&nbsp; At the age of fourteen children pass the Destiny Test during which their brains are analyzed with electrodes while they're sleeping. All their dreams, ambitions and capacities are scrutinized to choose the perfect future job for them. After that job is decided, all their studies and works they do from 14 to 22 years old at Future School prepare them for that profession they'll both like and will be good at, whether they'll be studying medicine or plumbing. Since they only learn knowledge useful for their career teenagers go to school only about 100 days a year, allowing them 265 days of free time and fun with their friends.<br>&nbsp;Then, when they reach the age of twenty-two, adults do a one year internship&nbsp; in their respective career before they enter the labor market. The purpose of the education system in our world is to find the perfect job for everyone soon enough that they don't feel insecure about their future. Also, it allows the students to be less stressed and appreciate more life, since they have a lot of time to prepare for the exams and do the works (about 265 days per year). <br><br><br><br><br></em><strong>Is it accessible for everyone?<br></strong>Yes, of course! In a wealthy world&nbsp; such as ours, no one can't go to school because of financial problems. The only reason why a student would be refused to Future or General school is if some serious act is registered in his bracelet. When that happens, the offender is at first judged and punished considering the gravity of his act, as the law states it, then his behavior is monitored for a variable period of time during which he sees a psychologist once a week. After the psychoanalyst notes him as NDA (Not Dangerous Anymore), the reformed student is allowed to continue his learning path. To come back to the first question, education isn't only accessible for everyone: it is <em>mandatory.<br><br><br><br><br><br></em><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>INNOVATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPEMENT</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In Bracelet Land, poverty has been eradicated because the current wealth of the world and the good distribution of it. <strong>But where does that riches come from?</strong><br>First, the wealth in 2420 can be attributed in part to the switch of energy sources which took place after the fossil fuels crisis of 23400. Indeed, in the middle of the 24nd century, all the oil was extracted from OP-11, the last remaining oil well of the world, located in Russia. The coal mines had been exploited to their fullest about ten years ago, and no new source of natural gas has been discovered since 2125. Every country had no choice at that point but to switch to renewable energies, even though it was extremely expensive. Thousands of wind turbines, solar panels and hydroelectric dams were built, to the delight of environmentalists, who were yet very numerous at that time. But a change that important couldn't happen without heavy consequences: a period of instability as we had rarely seen in the history of humanity followed: the <strong>Dark Age</strong>. <br>The average indebtedness of the countries reached the 40 000 billion dollars. The average wages decreased by 50% as the food became more and more expensive. The criminal rate increased by 200% in the peaceful cities such as Quebec, and by 500% in some powerful countries, such as the USA. Confronted to those problems and other, the governments individually tried many solutions, in vain. Decades passed. As the new energy sources started to produce enough electricity to satisfy the demand, cities recovered a bit of stability, but still it wasn't enough. All governments united in their efforts to fight criminality and poverty in 2410, understanding that together they'd be stronger. 2420 marks the year when a new invention finally put an end to those scourges: the Bracelet. Thanks to that wonderful creation, criminals would be controlled and wealth distributed equally to people according to their respective jobs. Even countries in Africa received the same salaries than Americans, because of the central government who acted at a global level.Also, because education was mandatory, everyone worked on the labor market and could pay for their food and house thanks to their wage, so there were no more homeless people or beggars. To resume, the switch to energies that will produce forever, the bracelets and the mandatory education are the three reasons Bracelet Land is now full of riches.<br><strong>What place does science and technology take in our society?<br></strong>Science is the foundation of Bracelet Land, since it invented the bracelets. Technological advances is greatly encouraged, since we're always looking for new ways to produce electricity and new inventions to improve the quality of life. This is why every year about 2 billion dollars are given in prices to best inventions and the most promising scientists!<br><strong>Industries and businesses:<br></strong>In Bracelet Land, industries and businesses may be administered by competent entrepreneurs chosen during the Destiny Test, but they all belong to the government, who can take control of any of them if necessary to avoid another Dark Age.<br><br></div>]]></description>
