    • Superpowers are countries which have the strongest and most developed economies, in many areas such as trade, global interactions, and high levels of globalisation.

    Economic: Superpowers should have large amounts of international capital flow in the form of foreign investment.

    Social: Global interactions between a superpower and the rest of the world should be frequent and sustainable, as well as having a diverse cultural profile.

    Political: the level of political cooperation within superpowers varies a lot, however generally, superpowers tend to have high levels of influence when it comes to membership in international organisations, and signing international treaties.
