·        Items for contextual references look for acronyms and abbreviations. Also, tools and instruments used in methods such as scales etc Also, people and organisations. 
·        Make it clear what the method is that has been used in task 1: summary. Not just qualitative / quantitative methods BUT interviews (for qualitative) and questionnaire / survey (for quantitative)
·        Make sure that you always speak in English
·        Make sure that for the contextual references you say where the background information is from. Say the source. 
·        Make sure that you consider limitations in the conclusions for task 1: summary.

using a sample of randomly selected participants.

Census: research the whole population.
