Event #2: A boy named Theo is taken from the nursery pod and interviewed, finding out that his 'assignment' is to be a blacksmith.
Event #3: Another blacksmith names Neema tells how and why the Authorities give them jobs they want.
Event #4: Theo makes a resolution to change society and his life.
Event #5 (Climax): Theo starts to sing with the rhythms of people hitting the hammers against the metal.
Event #6: Other blacksmiths join in with the singing and rhythms and Theo gets in trouble, getting a speech canceling thread around his neck for a month.
Event #7: Other blacksmiths quickly hear about his punishment and the next day Neema begins to sing and others join, creating a rebellion. Neema and some others get in trouble, getting the same thread as Theo but other blacksmiths continue to sing after.
