Feeling like we can’t understand what they experience means we can’t help them, or feeling like we won’t believe them or even if we do there’s no solution that will improve their situation.

- if the students are feeling they are going to be a "rat" and therefore they are not reporting, how can we help? Also, it was good to read about why students engage in cyberbullying.
