         <description><![CDATA[<pre>The ripple effect relates to one act causing a chain reaction occurring. Crime results in harm or has consequences due to it that effects the individual involved as well as victims and society.
For example drink driving causes an individuals state of mind to be affected and altered. In case of an accident it looks at affecting parties involved as well as families and friends and results in consequences which further reinforces this idea of one act affecting multiple people. </pre>]]></description>
