Transformational leadership is more concerned with end-values, such as liberty, justice and equity. It requires educational communities to defend and extend principles of human dignity, community and realization of democratic process, to reinvent a sense of commitment to the public as s social good, and to restructure market models to limited spheres, which improve social relations and conditions of learning (Dantley & Tillman, 2010).
