         <description><![CDATA[<p>Considered one of the greatest songwriters of all time, Dylan has been a major figure in popular culture over his nearly 70-year career, changing the musical form through his poetic lyricism. </p><p><br/></p><p>Dylan has been described as one of the most influential figures of the 20th century, musically and culturally. He was included in the <strong><em>Time 100: The Most Important People of the Century</em></strong>, where he was called "master poet, caustic social critic and intrepid, guiding spirit of the counterculture generation".</p><p><br/></p><p>In 2015, Dylan was ranked <strong>No. 1</strong> on <em>Rolling Stone's</em> list of the <em>"100 Greatest Songwriters of All Time".</em></p><p><br/></p><p>He has influenced everyone from the likes of Joan Baez, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Simon &amp; Garfunkel, Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, The Band, Neil Young, Tom Waits, Bruce Springsteen, Patti Smith, Jeff Buckley, Radiohead, and even people outside of music from Hunter S. Thompson, Jack Nicholson, Alan Moore to Steve Jobs and former U.S. President Jimmy Carter.</p>]]></description>
