We will offer our guests the possibility to choose between 3 categories of food regarding their lunch break: classic, vegetarian and vegan. To be determined when registering. This way we allow the guests to participate in decreasing our event's carbon footprint and also help us in avoiding food waste by planning ahead the number of meals to be served and the quantity of materials to be used.

We picked Zanardelli catering as our catering service. It is a local catering company that offers a fair-trade catering service with a wide variety of options. Our aim is to be able to offer zero Km food in our event.

Lunch would be held indoors in the large common hall of the building. Some high tables will be set for people who would want to have a quick lunch. Lunch would be organized based on number of registration to be served their meal so that they do not wait long or in line.
