As we as leaders begin to realise the scale of our mental health responsibilities and we start to recognise that mental health leadership requires an affirmative approach and a little breaking of some long-held leadership 'rules'.
This course course was designed to equip leaders/aspiring leaders with the thinking skills necessary to effect change and critically evaluate their own praxis and provide the necessary vision and leadership that enables others to do the same. The first module of the course is open - you'll find it here, select BTR Flipped Learning.
