Question #1 : How did your protagonist change over time? What causes the changes?

The protagonists changed over time because when they got hit by lightning something, changed or more likely evolved into the characters. The lightning has done some sort of effect on the characters, for example, Will is the kid that everyone assumes is the kid that has it all. He's athletic, popular, and attractive. That's all everyone really wants. But he doesn't feel happy, complete, satisfied. He just wishes he could be someone else, someone else that would impress his friends, himself, his crush. So because of the lightning that struck him he got the ability to change into any person he feels like being. His friends deal with similar situations and has different abilities because of the lightning and this shows how much the protagonists evolved throughout the plot.

Question #2 : What scene stood out most with you personally in either a positive or negative way? Why?

A scene that really stuck out of the book in such a positive, inspirational way was that one of the characters nicknamed as Tiny is known for being the shy and cautious one, always afraid of what could go wrong and doesn't put herself out to the world. The lightning that hit her gave her the effect to slowly fade away and become invisible because that's what she really wanted. And all that changes in one scene. In this part of the book, the group had to go somewhere to solve the mystery to why they got struck and how to reverse the effect on them but she stops them to do something before she fades away forever. She takes them to this tower while carrying some papers she brought. Everyone begs her to read them but she tells them to be patient as they continue to a tower that they approach. Once they get to the top they go to a window, and Tiny stood in front of the window she released the papers into the city and let them go. The papers were poems she had written that were very personal and that showed a lot about her. She let them go to show the world who she truly was and her real self. This scene really got to me because I never expressed my self the way Tiny has and this shows to me that I should be more open and not be so cautious and shy, she is one of my favorites in the book because she has shown a lot of development since the beginning and she is a lot like me.
