Hi James,
Thank you fo creating and sharing such a well thought out presentation. I really like how you divided up your powerpoint into sections by the chapters from Creating Innovators. I also like how your slides were very minimal. I think this was a great way to get your viewers to pay attention to what you're saying, rather than trying to read a heavily packed powerpoint slide. I really like how you talked about how frowned upon making mistakes are, but in Wagner's book, he says it's only normal to make mistakes when being innovative.
I wish you talked a little bit more about your own creativeness. I would have liked to hear my about how you stay innovative and creative in your experiences in higher education. Overall, really well done!

Glow:

She included her own examples in her presentation.

She used transitions very well both with her slides and her text.

She included visual aid such as pictures which helped her get the point across to the viewer.

She included her own opinion on what she thought she could do to improve her own innovation.

Grow:

I would have liked to see the use of a webcam so the viewer can connect with the presenter.

Some of her slides included lots of text. She could possibly reduce the amount of text to some key words and still go on to explain what she was talking about.

Make sure not to rustle around the mic. At some points, vocals were unclear and hard to hear.

She could have included some evidence from her survey. For example some graphs or statistics.

Glow:

I like how she included lots of personal examples throughout her presentation. Resulted in a relatable presentation.

Her over use of the visual medium was great! The use of photos as well as limited text made the visual medium very appealing.

I like how she included her experiences through travelling. This is something not many people thought about but definitely impacts creativity and innovation.

She kept the text short and precise which made it very clear to the viewer to understand her points and key takeaways.

I like how she included her future aspirations and goals for securing a job. She also related how what she had learnt would benefit her in her role.

She also included evidence from her survey and used several examples as proof of her findings.

Grow:

I would have liked to see her make use of the webcam so the presentation was more engaging for the viewer.

On occasion she used sentence fillers such as "um" which aren't a terrible thing but something she can work on.

Also, at times she came across casual in her tone. This is great to make the viewer feel comfortable but can also hinder the importance from the topic or points she is addressing.

She could have included a little more about the book and dive into some examples.

Glow:

I thought he had a great presentational voice. He was clear and loud. Made it very easy for the viewer to understand him and take in what he was saying.

He included several quotes from the book which he then went on to further explain and touch upon.

He also included some great personal examples. For example, the ticket rack installation which he recommended his boss to install to help the kitchen at his work.

His use of transitions throughout, made the presentation flow very well.

Grow:

I would have liked to have seen him make use of the webcam feature to allow to viewers to connect more with the presenter.

Some of the word counts on slides were rather a lot. This can be reduced to some key words which would summarize what he is going to address. He could avoid reading directly off slides and instead use notes.

Be careful of spelling. Viewers pick up on it. For example "oppurtunity".

Glow- I thought your presentation came out excellent. Your slides were aesthetically pleasing as they were simple, clean, and well-organized. As a commentator, you also included a plethora of information to talk about in each slide.
Grow- After hearing about what you learned from the text on how do you think differently after reading the text, I would have liked to see how this information is unique to what you want to do. For example you mentioned "free myself from constraints." Being a spectator to your presentation I'm curious to know what some of your personal constraints would've been.
