Really enjoying this one, as well. The topic of culture has been top of mind lately and someone on LinkedIn recently recommended this in a post of some of their "go to" resources. It was very timely!

- Erica Brown, Learning & Org Development Program Manager at Brandon University

I found this book really informative. It talks about the 5 languages of appreciation in the workplace (Acts of Service, Quality Time, Words of Affirmation, Tangle Gifts, and Appropriate Physical Touch) and how employees value/appreciate different things. Some good tips on building reward and recognition programs with these values in mind as well as interacting with remote employees. The book comes with an assessment code that allows you to take their assessment to determine what your primary, secondary, and least-favored languages are. Very interesting!

-Lendon Green, Manager, Learning & Development, Sunrise Credit Union.
