         <title>Monday&#39;s Exercise 3.30.20 </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi everyone, Coach Dewayne here. I hope that you all had a great weekend. This week I want you all to apply those push ups and squats you tried out last week. This is for Monday only. Today you will learn about sets and repetitions. </div><div>Sets and reps are the terms used to describe the number of times you perform an exercise. A repetition is the number of times you perform a specific exercise, and a set is the number of cycles of repetitions that you complete. For example, suppose you complete 15 repetitions of push ups. You would say you've completed "one set of 15 reps." A set can be any number of reps, so if you complete 10 repetitions of push ups, you would say you've completed "one set of 10 reps," and if you complete just five reps, then that would be "one set of five reps." Be sure to take a break in between your sets. </div><div>So your workout is to do push ups. If you could complete 5 push ups last week try 3 sets of 5 repetitions. Make sure your body is warmed up. Your high intensity training or tabata style training will come from Glenn Higgins this week. Glenn is working on his Dark Knight workout. 3 minutes of high intensity.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello Everyone! Today the video I've created goes over basketball. I know a lot of you may not have a basketball to dribble. Some of you do. I am giving you options. One is if you have a basketball you can practice some of the skills that I've gone over. <br>Your other options is to practice yoga!!! I'm no expert in yoga. I've tried it a few times and had a great workout from it. If you've never done it Cosmic Kids Yoga gives you a fun workout and story as she takes you through each movement for a good yoga session.
