This video focused on ten tips on how to get an A on a test. I would like to point out the idea about fitting information onto an index card, as stated even if you cannot use the index card on the test this will still force you to write down the most important information. I also liked the idea about writing down things that you remembered after the test has started, if you right down important information then this will help you to not forget it because you can look back on what you wrote down to help you with answering questions. Looking at your environment popped up in this video, this did not make much sense to me but it did make me think of something i have heard before, if you are listening to music or chewing gum while studying then chewing the same flavor of gum during the test will help you to recall information. A good way to prepare for a test is to give yourself plenty of time, you cannot put off studying until the night before a test, this will not be beneficial and you are not likely to remember much information. It is very important for you to be able to have enough time to study but it is also important to study in a comfortable environment where you can stay focused. Do not try to remember everything, it is more important to remember the major ideas of something than it is to remember only a little bit of each topic.

This video focused on how to prepare and how to study for exams. This was explaining how the most successful people know that they are not going to sit down and study for five hours straight, you will be more successful if you know how to take breaks but still manage your time. I chose this video because if gave good tips on how you can prepare for a test. A lot of the tips listed in this video are normal tips that many people already use, this does not mean that you cannot pick up on some new tricks and build on old ones. You need to take time and evaluate on which exam you need to study for the most and make that a higher priority. Do not take time to study for an exam that you are already prepared for, just because the information comes easier to you in that subject does not mean you should spend all of your time on that, Take time to challenge yourself to get better at subjects that you are lacking in. It is never to early to start preparing for finals, start reviewing information as soon as you can because this will prepare you better for your exam.

I picked this video because the reason many people do not do their work or don't study is because they cannot stay focused. People are too distracted by their phones, social media, or things like video games. There are many techniques on how to stay focused, there are ways to meditate or to write down goals. If people schedule their time wisely and focus on one task without distractions then they are more likely to get that task done. There are even apps that can help you stay focused and reward you if you stay off of your phone for a certain amount of time. It is better to focus on one task because multitasking has proven to not be effective because the constant change of mind. Try to schedule yourself some time everyday to focus on school and work to achieve higher goals.

I picked this article because it focused on test anxiety and how you can help yourself to calm down. Test anxiety is a bigger problem than people think because it can have serious impact on a persons grade. Someone with high grades can soon be brought down if they have test anxiety, test anxiety doesn't mean that you don't know the information it is just that you sort of freeze up and cannot stay focused during a test, this can severely impact your grade.
