         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Assessment is a guide through each step of learning.</li><li>Should provide feedback not as a reward or punishment, but as information.</li><li>You should incorporate a range of strategies to reflect the range of diversity of your students. </li><li>There should not only be student, but also teacher self-assessment/reflection.</li><li>Everyone involved (student, teachers, parents, other staff at school) should have a clear view of the assessment- what is being assessed, the method of the assessment, and the criteria for success.</li><li>Importance of assessing the PROCESS, not just the PROJECT.</li></ul>]]></description>
