The need for white and BIPOC accountability partners to make this happen.<br><br>Instead of othering the systems and other white folks ("The System") acknowledging that we are part of the system and complicit in maintaining it.&nbsp;<br><br>As part of that, we commit to breaking the silence of white people around racism and white supremacy by naming it in ourselves and other white people when we see it.</div>]]></description>
