         <description><![CDATA[<div>The intranet allowed CommCo to create two types of communication methods:<br><br></div><ul><li>One dedicated  to the business, ie organisation  content, which is published by dedicated trained communication specialists. As well as providing a dedicated centralised top-down mode of communication. Known as Organisation published content(OPC)</li><li>Other type of digital communication which can be used and be published by users of the company. Ie can be used for more informal sharing of information and ideas. Known as User generated content(UGC)</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Intranet is a private network created using World Wide Web software. No one can access it outside of Commco. Hence they are able to communicate within the organisation through this and have divided it between two contents. Formal information published by trained communication specialists (OPC) and Informal information between employees for sharing of ideas (UGC).&nbsp;<br><br>2. Reducing face-to-face interaction was one of the ways to improve efficiency and increase mobility/flexibility. Therefore to adapt to these new changes Commco had to change its culture to make these new methods effective and to be a flexible and distributed organisation rather than bureaucratic.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>3. These specific values encouraged employees to engage more in the company and its decision-making. They gave a sense of direction for where the company is headed in terms of being flexible and distributed. They also became a motivational force for employees as they got more responsibility and involvement.<br>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1&nbsp;<br>Comco updates their workforce on what was happening across the organisation to increase their engagement and sense of belonging. They reduced their face to face contact and moved towards a mobile working model which allowed for employees to talk to eachother virtually as if they were physically in the work place by using different virtual communication channels</div>]]></description>
